After a reboot the patcher should work again! Run sfc.exe /scannow to restore the system files that are not updated correctly by the Windows. Problem - After a big Windows Update the Patcher says the files are not supported
Only solution today: Sign in as Administrator, take ownership to the 3 files and grant full authorization, reboot and afterwards use the patcher again as Administrator.
